Kitchen Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for washing, sorting, and performing basic cutting and plating of ingredients; cleaning the kitchen, pots, and utensils; organizing refrigerated and frozen stock, maintaining inventory records, and disposing of waste; assisting chefs with food service, plating, and end-of-shift cleanup; and completing other routine kitchen tasks and assigned duties.

Must be fluent in English and able to speak Chinese.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience required.

Requirements

1. Ability to work late hours and handle demanding work; willingness to follow management directives.

2. Seeking a stable, long-term commitment; must be responsible. No short-term stopgaps or candidates looking to coast; minimum commitment of one year required.

3. Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.

4.Requires standing for long periods.
