Job Summary

You will handle customer communications, prepare quotations and delivery orders, monitor job schedules, and maintain accurate records to support smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and enquiries to provide accurate information and support
• Communicate clearly with customers to address enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions
• Prepare detailed quotations and delivery orders to support sales and service operations
• Monitor and update daily job schedules and contact customers to confirm job details and timing
• Maintain organized filing of returned delivery orders after job completion for record accuracy
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Communicate effectively, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) to prepare documents and track information
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
