Job Responsibilities

* Respond to phone and online queries from visitors and guests, handling visitors’ registration, providing them with the necessary information / directions.

* Greet all visitors and guests, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs, from providing directions to communicating their requests or queries with the relevant internal teams to ensure a timely response.

* Perform administrative work such as handling billing, updating guest records, managing facilities bookings, preparing shift handover, and managing reports.

* Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Able to commit to a 2 month contract

- Able to commit to 8am to 8pm working hours

- Prior customer service experience
