Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update document records (e.g., drawings, submissions, correspondences) using CAG-approved platforms.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of documents to relevant parties.
- Track document submissions and approvals, and follow up on pending items.
- Support the site team with document retrieval and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all documentation complies with CAG standards and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience in document control in construction projects.
- Familiar with document control systems.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
