Part-Time Accounts Assistant and Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Part-Time Admin cum Accounts Assistant to our Sales teams in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office and client services for our subsidiary company

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and operations teams by preparing and providing supporting documents requested by clients
• Handle emails, professionally to support client and internal communication
• Handle AP, AR, GL and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare Monthly
• Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Billing invoices, collections, and follow-up with clients.
• Admin and HR support.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.

Track project profitability for cleaning service contracts.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with

Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)and tax regulations (GST)

Liaise with auditors and assist in year-end financial audits.

Prepare reports for Management on Financial Performance.

System / Skill Familiarity Preferred

Quick book and MYOB Software

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and Quick book, MYOB accounting software.
Knowledge in full sets of accounts and GST

Preferred Skills

Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
