Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.   • Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Project tendering
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health &safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support strategic planning and execute operational projects assigned by senior management.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships where applicable.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in scaffolding or construction operations.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection and dismantling procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant scaffolding standards.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • A valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
