Legal Secretary

Gateway Law is a regional legal practice focusing on intellectual property, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and real estate matters. We are a people-oriented law practice that focuses not only on the needs of our clients, but also those of our staff. We are now looking for secretaries to provide secretarial support to our Lawyers and Directors. The candidates should meet the following requirements:-

• Minimum 5 'O' Level passes including English,
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Prior relevant experience will be advantageous
• Have a pleasant and dynamic personality, and be willing to work overtime if required
• Must be able to start immediately/soon

Any prior experience in e-litigation is an additional consideration, and will be considered favourably.
