• Working hrs: Mon to Fri 10am - 7pm

Job Scope

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person / teams / email of general enquiries

• Welcome guests / direct to seating area

• Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival

• Logging goods in upon receiving deliveries and follow up with recipients

• Arrange for courier pickups (import/export/local/third party/pallets)

• Issuance of new joiner pack / Leavers to sign off for locker clearance

• Updating of locker master file for new hires / leavers

• Replenish stationery as and when necessary

• Maintain stock count, purchase of stationery when stock is low
