LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a variety of landscape design and development projects.
• Assess the potential of project sites based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Liaise and coordinate with project professionals, including Main Contractors, Landscape Architects, Consultants, and other relevant parties.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Sales teams on design development and site requirements.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with members of other departments.
• Prepare and update landscape drawings, including:Design ProposalsPlanting PlansLandscape LayoutsConstruction DetailsAs-Built DrawingsOther project-related drawings
• Conduct site visits with the Operations team or subcontractors when required.
• Assist in resolving design and site-related issues.
• Ensure drawings and designs are prepared according to project requirements and specifications.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good overall computer skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive working attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Knowledge of Horticulture and plant materials will be an advantage.
• Relevant working experience in landscape design will be an advantage.
