Our client, a renowned MNC is seeking for a Human Resource ( HR ) Business Partner , Senior Executive / MNC - Salary up to $ 5,000.00 + Attractive Bonuses / Central area

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
• At least 2 - 3 years experience in Business Partnering function that include Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Talent Development, Employee Relations, Change Management, People Analytics (Data)
• Strong experience dealing with diferent department Managers, Head/HOD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player, Independent, confident and high perseverance.
