Technical Product Manager / IT Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, workflows, wireframes and solution proposals.
• Define product vision, roadmap, backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate web, mobile and desktop application development, testing, releases and production support.
• Work with UI/UX designers, developers and QA teams to deliver quality software.
• Manage App Store and Google Play submissions, beta testing and release planning.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams, presenting solutions and managing expectations.
• Track project progress, manage risks and coordinate UAT, deployment and post-launch support.
• Evaluate new technologies, APIs, cloud services and AI solutions to improve products.
• Maintain project and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Coordinate internal IT hardware, software, vendor support and IT asset management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome. Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Software Project Management or Software Engineering is an advantage.
• Good understanding of software development, SDLC, Agile, web, mobile and desktop applications, APIs, databases and software architecture.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud), networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment, App Store Connect, Google Play Console and release management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, automation tools and modern development tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Postman, Figma) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance business needs with technical considerations and manage multiple priorities.
