Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer (PLC) Petrochemical - VTTO

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Senior Engineer, Instrumentation & Control for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Provide technical support for Production and Maintenance teams on instrument-related issues.
• Work with teams to reduce instrument maintenance costs and improve functionality.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders on gas pipeline networks, electrical grids, instruments, and metering interfaces.
• Update maintenance procedures for instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas systems, ESD, metering, CCTV, and security equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for instrument incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Implement MOC projects to enhance instrument reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure verification, inspection, testing, and certification of electrical and instrument equipment in hazardous areas.
• Support maintenance and major equipment turnarounds.
• Manage the functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the terminal.
• Assist in expansion projects, ensuring facility integrity and seamless integration.
• Participate in emergency response with designated roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in instrument & control maintenance
