SALES MANAGER

Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop new corporate customers for IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities.

• Build and manage corporate and SME customer accounts.

• Promote IT hardware, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud, and support services.

• Meet customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Negotiate and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Develop repeat business and new service opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical teams for project delivery and support.

• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and weekly reports.

• Achieve the assigned fixed monthly sales target.

Requirements

• Experience in IT sales, solution sales, or business development.

• Good knowledge of computers, servers, networking, and IT infrastructure.

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions.

• Knowledge of IT support and managed services.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good customer handling and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Target-oriented with strong closing skills.

Sales Focus

Monthly sales target is mandatory and performance will be measured based on revenue, new customer acquisition, and successful deal closures.

Experience in IT hardware sales, network solutions, Microsoft 365, system support, cloud services, and corporate IT projects will be an added advantage.
