Hair Salon Manager

A Japanese hair salon in Singapore is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager Hair Stylist to oversee salon operations across all outlets and lead staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

・Manage and oversee salon operations and service standards across all outlets

・Lead, train, and develop hairstylists and salon staff

・Provide technical guidance and coaching to improve service quality

・Monitor staff performance and maintain consistent standards across all outlets

・Continue to provide professional hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring, perming, and treatments

・Provide professional consultations and personalized style recommendations

Requirements:

・Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser

・Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, perming, and hair treatments

・Experience in staff training, team leadership, or salon management

・Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

・Certified hairdressing course preferred
