Brand Building Representative

In this position, you won't be stuck behind a computer screen doing data entry. You will be on the front lines driving brand awareness, mastering consumer psychology, and managing live campaigns. This role is specifically designed for individuals who want to fast-track their progression from execution to managing their own team and client portfolios within 6 to 12 months.

What You’ll Do (Your Trajectory):

• High-Impact Consumer Engagement: Act as a key ambassador for our clients, executing targeted direct marketing strategies to identify and capture new audience segments.

• Campaign Execution & Representation: Plan and run face-to-face brand activations, pop-ups, and corporate showcase events to maximize market share.

• Account & Relationship Management: Consult with potential and existing clients, delivering exceptional brand experiences that maintain long-term corporate relationships.

• Accelerated Team Leadership: Shadow senior managers to learn the mechanics of team building, performance coaching, and territory management, taking charge of your own campaign team as you progress.
