Market Surveillance & Compliance (Derivatives Exchange & Clearing House)

• Monitor daily trading activities, analyze alerts for unusual patterns, and lead investigations into suspicious behaviors. You will also help evolve our surveillance frameworks and coordinate with regulators and law enforcement.
• Champion a strong compliance culture while managing obligations under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA). You will serve as a key point of contact for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Collaborate with the Corporate Secretary to support the Board of Directors, enhance internal controls, and handle critical functions such as whistleblowing reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized, reputable university.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in derivatives trading compliance or surveillance.
• High IT literacy with a strong capability to handle and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Exceptional communication, a collaborative team-first mindset, and a positive attitude.
• Prior background in professional investigations or law enforcement will be an advantage.
