Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Perform full‑set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets accruals, inter‑company and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct month‑end and year‑end closing activities, prepare financial statements.
• Prepare, review GST returns, ensure full compliance with IRAS statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial analysis reports for management review.
• Liaise closely with external auditors during statutory year‑end audit, prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Review accounting journals, identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, uphold internal financial control procedures.
• Maintain complete and proper accounting records and supporting financial documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands‑on exposure in month‑end / year‑end closing and statutory audit coordination.
• Good analytical skills, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
