Job Summary

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure safety, timely completion, and quality standards. Coordinate with workers and project teams while monitoring work progress to achieve project goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate communication and workflow between workers and project teams to maintain project alignment
• Monitor and assess work progress regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Apply knowledge of safety rules to enforce compliance and maintain a safe work environment
• Interpret construction drawings and follow instructions accurately to guide work execution
• Lead and motivate workers to achieve project objectives and maintain productivity

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read construction drawings and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements to ensure safe work practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and guide construction teams
