Responsibility:

• Lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of security solutions.
• Manage security platforms, including configuration, lifecycle, performance, incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
• Ensure security controls, SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, and risk remediation are effectively managed.
• Drive security engineering improvements through automation, AI, and technology optimization.
• Provide security oversight for technology architectures and solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Security Engineering team.
• Manage security vendors, budgets, and service delivery.
• Provide leadership support during major security incidents.
• Develop security engineering strategies, standards, procedures, and roadmaps.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC 2, security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, preferably in a banking or highly regulated environment.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, risk remediation, vendor management, and service improvement.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
