Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Manage costing and budgeting for ongoing projects and tender submissions.
• Prepare and process progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project progress, contract terms, and deliverables.
• Review and evaluate contract terms, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and cost control procedures.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in precast concrete works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, independent, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
