About this job
- Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines and printers.
- Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples and products.
- Maintain and hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines and printers.
- Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
- Resolve customer complaints for faulty products at customer premises when required.
- File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands on experience in servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers.
- 5 day work week.
