Document Control Executive (Semiconductor/Manufacturing)

• Manage and maintain engineering documents, drawings, BOMs, and records within document control, ERP, and PLM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and manufacturing teams to process document revisions, engineering change requests, and product specification updates.
• Monitor document workflows, generate reports, track action items, and ensure timely distribution of updated documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Support documentation processes by maintaining document control procedures, providing user training, and safeguarding confidential engineering information.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Document Control, Engineering Administration, or a Manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and understand basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts, and BOMs.
• Familiar with Excel macros and able to perform basic VBA updates.
