Microcement & Surface Finishing Specialist (Microcement / Tiling / Plastering）

Job Description

We are looking for skilled and hardworking workers to join our renovation team as Microcement / Tiling / Plastering Specialists.

This position is suitable for candidates who have hands-on experience in surface finishing, tiling, plastering, skim coat, waterproofing, or microcement application. You will be involved in renovation and finishing works for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and smooth project completion.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Microcement Works

• Prepare surfaces before microcement application.
• Apply microcement on floors, walls, bathrooms, countertops, and feature areas.
• Ensure smooth finishing, proper layering, and neat workmanship.
• Carry out sealing and final touch-up works.

Tiling Works

• Install floor and wall tiles according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, align, and lay tiles accurately.
• Apply tile adhesive, grout, and finishing works properly.
• Ensure tiles are level, neat, and properly aligned.

Plastering Works

• Perform plastering, skim coating, wall patching, and surface levelling.
• Repair uneven walls, cracks, and damaged surfaces.
• Prepare walls and floors before painting, tiling, or microcement work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in microcement, tiling, plastering, skim coat, or renovation work is preferred.
• Able to use basic construction and renovation tools.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow supervisor instructions and project requirements.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Candidates with renovation site experience will be an advantage.
