Job Description

• Position Title: Patient Liaison Officer
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Navigation: Serve as the main point of contact for patients from their initial enquiry through the completion of treatment.
• Patient Communication: Respond to patient enquiries by phone, email, and in person while providing professional and empathetic support on fertility and conception-related matters.
• Care Coordination: Schedule consultations, laboratory tests, and treatment appointments in coordination with doctors, nurses, and embryologists.
• Administrative Support: Register new patients, maintain electronic medical records, and manage billing or insurance-related documentation.
• Expectation Management: Clearly explain clinic procedures, financial requirements, and treatment timelines to help patients understand the treatment process.

• Relevant experience in frontline healthcare customer service, medical administration, or patient relations is preferred.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and confidentially.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and general office or phone administration.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to reproductive health and fertility procedures is preferred.
