Job Description

• Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Nearest MRT – Mattar
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for carpark system solutions.
• Generate sales invoices and manage supporting documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer requirements, inquiries, and product information.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve established targets.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and SEO efforts.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Prior experience with carpark systems is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training is provided.
