• Working Location: West Coast
• Working Hours: 6 days per week, 44-hour work week
• Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan duty schedules according to business requirements to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise bar staff and maintain high standards of beverage and service quality.
• Manage bar inventory, stocks, and operating equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure proper control procedures are followed.
• Prepare bar setup, mise en place, and service equipment for operations.
• Provide food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Assist in training and guiding bar staff to meet service standards.
• Welcome and assist members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Good knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Experience in bar service and F&B operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of F&B control procedures is advantageous.
