Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting for construction projects.
• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Monitor project costs and progress, providing forecasts and reports to ensure projects remain on budget.
• Conduct valuations and process contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and cost analysis reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any relevant discipline
• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
