Job Description

• Position Title: IT Support Engineer
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely or on-site in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patches, and system checks.
• Assist with the setup, deployment, and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Support users with IT systems, applications, and basic technical guidance.
• Record technical issues, solutions, procedures, and IT support activities.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations.
• Work closely with senior IT staff to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Prepare and update user guides, documentation, and basic IT procedures when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• ITE / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
