Job Description

• Position Title: Production Engineering Technician
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours: Rotating 12-hrs Shift (8am - 8pm/ 8pm - 8am)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + AWS + Sign-On Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor thermal treatment, milling, sieving, and blending operations to meet process requirements.
• Operate on-site processing equipment according to the operation plan and procedures.
• Carry out routine checks and basic upkeep to ensure all machinery remains in good working condition.
• Accurately weigh materials before and after processing, and record results in the required documentation.
• Label and pack recovered products (e.g., containers, drums, tankers) in line with customer specifications.
• Support daily maintenance coordination and take part in maintenance work, including unit start-ups/ shutdowns of sections.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure the work area is safe, clean and secured.

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Prior exposure to chemical process operations and analytical/ testing procedures is an advantage.
• Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Able to handle physical duties, with good practical and hands-on technical capability.
