Job Description

• Position Title: Data & Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $5,500 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports to support sales and market analysis.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Turn data insights into targeted marketing and sales actions.
• Lead B2B marketing activities, including campaign planning, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Work closely with sales teams to guide priorities and improve performance.
• Use Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP, Microsoft, and internal systems for reporting and analysis.
• Support automation and process improvement using tools such as Power Automate.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Guide marketing team members to execute initiatives and achieve measurable results.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
• Relevant experience in data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into action.
