Events Associate

Job Description:

Customer communications & CRM

• Own day-to-day communications with existing TSSS customers: term updates, schedule changes, progress milestones, waitlists and enquiries — across email and WhatsApp, warm and on-brand.
• Execute the school's lifecycle touchpoints on the booking/CRM platform: welcome sequences, re-enrolment campaigns at term end, win-back outreach to lapsed customers — working within flows built with the Growth & CRM Lead.
• Keep customer records clean: segments, tags, program history — so every message lands with the right person at the right moment.
• Gather and log customer feedback after programs and events; surface patterns to the GM monthly.

Programs:

• Organise and coordinate TSSS programs end to end: term class logistics, holiday camps, school and CCA partnership sessions, corporate programs — schedules, customer lists, instructor briefings, parent communications.
• Run the re-enrolment window each term: the school's most important sales moment. Every completing customer gets a next step — the next level, the next term, a reason to stay.
• Track program attendance and completion; flag at-risk enrolments (missed sessions, no next booking) for follow-up before they lapse.
• Support the GM on program calendar planning around peak/off-peak and simulator maintenance windows.

Events & community:

• Plan and run the school's own events: open houses, trial days, kids' competitions, season send-off socials, parents' evenings — the events that draw new customers in and make existing ones stay.
• Build each event to convert: every attendee leaves with a trial booked, a term offer, or a follow-up scheduled — designed with the Growth & CRM Lead.
• Coordinate delivery with the Events & Venue Sales Manager (for venue-wide events touching snow) and the Senior DM (event staffing plans — never BAU manpower).
• Grow the TSSS community calendar with the instructors: progression celebrations, member sessions, community rides.

Decision authority:

Decides: program logistics, customer communications within brand and tone guidelines, event run sheets. Escalates to GM, Ski School: program calendar changes, pricing or offers, event budgets. Creative assets are briefed through the shared studio; platform flow changes go through the Growth& CRM Lead.

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years across events, CRM/customer communications or program coordination — hospitality, education, enrichment, fitness or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent written communication: warm, clear, fast — you'll write to parents, kids' guardians, corporates and riders in the same afternoon.
• Organized to a fault: schedules, lists, follow-ups. Nothing slips.
• Hands-on with a CRM or booking platform (any major one — the specific tool is learnable).

Good to have:

• Experience with children's programs or term-based businesses (swim school, enrichment, sports academy).
• Event coordination experience with conversion accountability, not just logistics.
• Snow sports experience — or the willingness to get on the simulator and learn what your customers feel.
