Job Description

• Position Title: Construction Supervisor
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday 8am to 5pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,500 + Fixed Allowance + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve day-to-day site issues promptly.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available for planned activities.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance records.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and WSH requirements.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.
