EHS Coordinator

Job scope :

• Responsiblefor ensuring facility is in compliance with all applicable EHS legalrequirements, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements, and corporate operationalrequirements
• Conduct regular inspection of workplace and recommend and implement reasonably practical control measures
• Maintain an existing Job Safety Analysis (JSA)program, Emergency Action Plan, Legal Register, and Risk Management System
• Ensure Emergency Response plans are in proper working conditions and coordinating emergency drills
• Conduct activities related to environmental compliance, reporting, regulatory permitting, hazardous waste handling, and waste reduction/recycling programs
• Oversee maintenance of all EHS records, reports, permits, and training documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Support internal and external EHS audits
• Prepare monthly safety committee meetings, reporting safety metrics, and departmental safety audits
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and integrity
• Additional duties as required by management

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field with WSQ Advanced Cert (Level B) in WSH
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 Management Systems
• Good knowledge of Singapore EHS legal requirements
• Strong documentation skills with revision control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Certified Work-at-Height Supervisor and Lifting Supervisor preferred
