Job Description

• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM; alternate Sat, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and prepare variance reports for management.
• Develop and maintain suitable accounting policies to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee full-set accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
• Supervise the calculation of taxable income and corporate income tax liabilities.
• Prepare and review tax submissions while ensuring compliance with Singapore tax and financial reporting regulations.
• Plan and coordinate annual financial audits with internal teams and external auditors.
• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Lead, guide, and train the finance team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in full-set accounting, corporate finance, or financial auditing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage reporting deadlines effectively.
• Able to work independently and lead a finance team.
