Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Education (Dance Academy)
• Position Title: Admin Assistant/Admin Officer
• Working Location: East Coast/Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am-6.00 pm/2.00 pm-9.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, including answering questions.
• Handle admin tasks like course sign-ups, tracking attendance, and maintaining student records.
• Take care of accounting tasks such as billing, daily sales tracking, and issuing refunds.
• Organize documents and maintain files in order.
• Manage daily office needs and track inventory to ensure supplies are always available.
• Help organize and run company events.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks.
