Regional Sales Manager (Contract Logistic / Freight Forwarding) - Center - VTTO

Our client is a leading logistics and freight forwarding solutions provider, offering integrated air, ocean, and supply chain services across regional and global markets. They are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. They are located in the Center – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio within the logistics industry.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account acquisition.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts to drive recurring business.
• Prepare sales proposals and recommend suitable logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports for management.
• Attend client meetings and industry networking events to strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of air and sea freight operations.
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Able to travel for business meetings when required.
