Air Freight Export Officer - East - VTTO

Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider specializing in international freight forwarding and transportation services. They are recruiting an Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Export) to join their team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air export shipment coordination from booking to departure.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documentation and customs-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with airlines, warehouse teams, transport vendors, customers, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Handle shipment exceptions and resolve operational issues.
• Support customer enquiries related to export shipments and documentation.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export operations.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Comfortable working in the Changi Airfreight Centre.
