Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Event Management
• Position Title: Event Executive
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full event planning and execution process, from initial concept to onsite delivery.
• Work on different types of corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and operational plans to ensure events stay on schedule.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to carry out event concepts.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, equipment, manpower, logistics, setup, and teardown for smooth event operations.
• Conduct project briefings and manage onsite execution to ensure all parties are aligned and operations run smoothly.
• Handle onsite issues and last-minute changes to ensure events are completed successfully.

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, roadshows, brand activations, or project coordination.
• Experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, or product launches will be an advantage.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required for events.
