Job Description

• Position Title: Project Coordinator (Event)
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistics documents.
• Arrange venues, equipment, deliveries, setup, and teardown activities.
• Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams understand the event requirements.
• Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and post-event reporting.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in event coordination, event operations, logistics coordination, exhibitions, roadshows, or project support is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required by event schedules.
