Job Description

• Position Title: Safety Coordinator / Safety Supervisor
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon to Sat: 9.00 am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace safety and health procedures across landscaping projects and worksites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, MOM regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and induction programmes for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor the safe use of landscaping machinery, equipment, vehicles, chemicals and personal protective equipment.
• Ensure safe work practices for tree-care activities, work at height, lifting operations and roadside landscaping works.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, risk assessments, permits and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors and authorities on workplace safety matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline.
• Possess relevant WSH Coordinator, Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant safety experience, preferably in landscaping, construction or outdoor site operations.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH legislation, risk management and incident investigation procedures.
• Able to conduct safety briefings and communicate effectively with workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
