Copywriter & Marketing Communications Executive (Beauty & Personal Care/ Central Region)

Responsibilities:

• Copywriting
• Create engaging and brand-aligned content for various audiences and platforms.
• Write and edit content for social media, websites, posters, newsletters, and product materials.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, clarity, and accuracy across all content.
• Develop creative content to support promotions, product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Marcom
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing communication materials aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using relevant metrics.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in copywriting, digital publishing, or marketing.
• Good knowledge of digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is an advantage.
