Recruiter – Jurong East - 5 day week-Singaporeans only

· Manage full cycle of the recruitment process

· Develop an effective candidate pipeline

· Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc

· Posting of jobs on different platforms

· Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies

· Perform reference check

· Manage coordination of recruitment events

· Maintain manpower/headcount data report and recruitment status report

· New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc.

· Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned

. Manage projects / support HR & Operations team

Requirements

· Min GCE O Level

· 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred
