About the Role

As the head of one of our main warehouses, youwill oversee overall warehouse operations, client management, manpowermanagement, and continuous process improvements.

  • Manage multiple client accounts and overallwarehouse operations.
  • Lead and manage large-scale warehouse operationsthrough Managers and Supervisors.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client queries,complaints, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including KPIs,productivity, inventory accuracy, operation quality, and service levels.
  • Conduct manpower planning and resource allocationin response to volume fluctuations.
  • Continuously drive operational improvements instandard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, warehouse layout, and staffallocation.
  • Oversee and manage operational costs for theassigned warehouse.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in 3PL warehouse operationalmanagement.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scalewarehouse teams (Experience managing teams of 50+ staff is preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in client management andoperational process improvement.
  • Demonstratedcareer stability, with a history of sustained performance and growth withinprevious organizations.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with management responsibilities. Must possess direct, hands-on experience within the same industry sector. Candidates without this industry background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications / Knowledge must have:

  • Experience managing high-volume, fluctuating 3PLwarehouse operations.
  • Experience managing multiple client accountssimultaneously.
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare/pharma/foodindustry certification standards (e.g., GDP, GMP, FSSC, Halal, etc.).

Where You’ll Work & What to Expect

  • Work Location: Key Warehouselocated in Tuas. (Occasional travel to the headquarters in Clementi formeetings as required.)
  • Main Cargo Handled:Primarily B2B Bio & Nutrition products.
  • Interview Process:1–2 rounds (Conducted at our Warehouse Department).
  • Additional Notes:Special consideration will be given to candidates with other relevant expertiseand skills in warehouse operations.

Work Arrangement: 5 days, 8am to 5.45pm

Remuneration: Competitive salary package based on experience andcapabilities.
