Management Associate (Real Estate/ Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, execution, budget and timeline monitoring.
• Monitor construction progress, schedule and project costs.
• Prepare reports and coordinate project meetings.
• Assist in sales, marketing, client engagement and administration.
• Support facility operations, maintenance and tenant management.
• Participate in strategic planning and business feasibility studies.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce risks.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates with interest in real estate business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
• Good team player with a customer-focused mindset.
