BIM Modeller, M&E

• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Architecture or related studies
• At least 1-3 years of working experiences in BIM functions (ideally from M&E Trade/Discipline)
• Essential to be skilled in Mechanical, Electrical or M&E discipline
