Sales Consultant (Maid Agency)

Job Descriptions

• Assist with customers on MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.
• Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.
• Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.
• Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.
• To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Those with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be advantageous. Candidates without CEI but is keen to enter the industry is welcomed.(We will sponsor the course fee and exam fees)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with days off according to the duty roster.
