Job Summary

Manage housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards, oversee inventory and safety compliance, and ensure excellent client service within a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations
• Address client and customer concerns or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Develop and enforce safety guidelines for workers to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with facilities maintenance and other departments to support housekeeping functions
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards across all facilities to ensure quality service
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields
• Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning duties within small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends
• Competence in operating cleaning machinery
