💰 Salary Package
• Entry Level: $2,100 – $2,300 Gross
• With Relevant Experience: $2,200 – $2,500 Gross
• Senior Service Crew: Up to $3,000 Gross
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to $400/month (depending on assigned shifts)

⏰ Working Hours
• 44 hours per week
• Minimum 4 hours overtime per week as part of the standard roster
• Day Shifts: 10:00am–8:00pm / 11:00am–9:00pm / 12:00pm–10:00pm
• Mid Shift: 12:00pm–9:00pm
• Night Shifts: 4:30pm–1:30am / 6:30pm–3:30am

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Handle reservations and customer enquiries
• Welcome and usher guests to their assigned rooms
• Take orders and serve food & beverages
• Operate POS and payment systems
• Perform basic microphone and entertainment system checks
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment
• Adhere to grooming and service standards
• Handle and serve alcoholic beverages where required

✅ Requirements
• Customer service or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Comfortable working on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Able to handle and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the Downtown East work location, including for late-night shifts.
