Junior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager ( Construction/ Main Con experience / HBD Project exp ) Good Pay +Good Bonus

• Handle project claims
• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
• Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors’ payments
• Co-ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters above
• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management

Job Requirement

• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management
• Minimum diploma holder/ degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industry
• Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
