Job Summary

Lead and coordinate site works to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met while maintaining safety compliance and resolving worksite issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works to ensure smooth project execution
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to meet contracted work requirements and targeted deadlines
• Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to maintain progress and minimize delays
• Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors on site

Required competencies and certifications

• experience in construction or roofing industry
• Possess BCSS certification
• Hold a certificate in lifting supervision

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with customers and main contractors
